About Henstone Navy Gin
Henstone Navy Gin is was launched in 2018 by Henstone Distillery in Oswestry, Shropshire. The distillery was established by two married couples, Chris and Alexandra Toller and Shane & Alison Parr. Shane and Alison are the owners of Stonehouse Brewery and joined forces with Chris and Alexendra to move into distilling, initially with whisky production in mind. Featuring classic gin botanicals and 2 that remain a secret, Henstone Navy Gin is made in a 2-day process in batches of 1,500 - 2,000 bottles using a 1,000 litre still they call 'Hilda'. MEET THE MAKERS"The distillery name comes from the founders' house names – Chris and Alex live in an old public house called “The Hen and Chickens” and Shane and Alison live in Stone House. After much deliberation the name Henstone emerged!"
