About Prince Explorer Monaco Gin

Launched in 2021 by The Monaco Beverage Company and distilled in Italy, Prince Explorer Monaco Gin is inspired by Prince Albert I of Monaco and pays tribute to his ocean conservation work and spirit of adventure. The gin is distilled in a 19th Century copper alembic still and the finished product includes ingredients from four continents.The makers have pledged to donate 1€ to Monaco's Oceanographic Institute for every bottle sold.

"This first batch is the result of a unique challenge put forth by our founders, to create a gin which combines the refreshing brightness of Mediterranean citrus with the complexity and sharpness of select peppercorn varieties from around the world. This spirit, distilled in a 19th century copper alembic, is produced in extremely limited quantities. The botanicals and peppercorns that we rigorously select are sourced from small producers with traditional harvesting methods."
