Note for international entrants: Please send your gin samples at the earliest possible time to mitigate customs delays. Please clearly mark the outside of your parcel as 'SAMPLES' and please ensure that your courier is aware that the products are samples and have not been purchased by The Gin Guide and are not for sale.

Taxes & Duties:
- All taxes and duties must be pre-paid in full on your delivery. Most courier companies can arrange for taxes and duties to be charged to the sender. For deliveries that are received and require the payment of additional import taxes or duties, the sender will be sent an invoice compensate these costs as per the Terms & Conditions of entry.
Sample Details
- One (1) 70cl, 75cl or 50cl bottle of each gin entered. Two (2) 50ml bottles are required if also entering Cocktail categories.
- The bottles must be fully labelled and provided as per retail.
- Members of The Gin Guide may request for recently sent samples bottles to be used for judging.
- Please only send your samples and do not include marketing materials (e.g. leaflets) or promotional items.
