Simples Gin
Simples Gin was launched in 2023 by FTNS Sustainable Innovation - a Setúbal based technology research and development company with a focus on the beverage industry. As well as producing their own alcohol from sugar cane, their patented technology is used in the production process for Simples Original Portuguese Gin to maximise the extraction of flavours and aromas from the botanicals. 

Simples Original Portuguese Gin (37.5% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 13 botanicals including juniper, fresh coriander, cucumber, rose petals, garden mint, orange peel, lemon peel, lime peel. Base Spirit: Sugar Cane.​
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Coriander and Lemon Peel or Cucumber and Mint.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of bold fruity citrus with notes of rose and herbs. Herbaceous on the palate with fresh coriander, cucumber and citrus. A herbal finish of mint, gentle spice and lingering citrus.
