Sipsmith Gin - Review & Tasting Notes
About Sipsmith Gin
The Sipsmith distillery is based in Chiswick in West London and boasts the first copper pot still to be installed and used in London for 200 years at the time (which they named Prudence). It's the distillery that helped spearhead the London gin revival with its dry, zesty London Dry gin that's increasingly available at bars and hotels. The Gin Guide Review Sipsmith distillery is a wonderful gin haven and you can taste the effort, passion and expertise that has gone into the Sipsmith London Dry gin. It's complex but well balanced, and it's the dryness and zestiness that make it stand out. It's a gin that you instantly know is high quality - so if you see it on the shelf at a bar, it's a fine choice for a G&T or a martini. - Paul Jackson, 2015 Buy Sipsmith Gin
