This category aims to celebrate and commend distilleries that are most effectively and uncompromisingly introducing and using processes and materials to minimise the negative impact on the global and local environment, including reducing waste and carbon footprint.

Information & Details
Please concisely complete the relevant fields below as applicable to your distillery, with no requirement to complete all fields. Please focus on intiatives which as in place or in progress, rather than potential future initiatives. Please also save your information in the case of the unlikely event of a browser error or form timeout.
