Wildjac Distillery
​Wildjac Distillery was launched in 2019 by Chris Sadler, whose family have been brewers and distillers for over 150 years. The distillery is located close to Bewdley and the Wyre Forest, where a number of their botanicals are foraged, and the distillery hosts tours, tastings and gin making experiences.

Wildjac Natural Dry Gin

  • Botanicals: 8 including juniper, Douglas fir, elderberry, chamomile, thyme, lemon balm, orange, lemon.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of zesty citrus with herbal notes of lemon balm and chamomile. On the palate, crisp and fresh with coriander seed warmth. A finish of piney juniper and spice.
Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Pink Grapefruit and Rosemary, or in a Negroni or a White Lady cocktail.
