Wolfcraig Distillers

Wolfcraig Distillers was launched in 2020 by John Moore and Jamie Lunn, together with the expertise of revered industry experts Ian MacMillan and Richard Paterson OBE. Alongside a long-term focus on whisky, Wolfcraig Distillers launched Wolfcraig Gin in 2023. The Wolfcraig name is inspired by the wolf being the symbol of Stirling, commemorating the tale of a pack of wolves that howled to alert the Celts to the approaching Nordic invaders. The invaders were defeated on the battlefield which became known as Wolfcraig Battlefield. 

Wolfcraig Gin (44.5% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 17 botanicals including juniper, lemon peel, sweet orange peel, cherry bark, burdock root, cinnamon, cardamom, birch leaves, raspberry leaves, thyme, ground ivy, broom. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon Peel or Orange Peel, or in a Negroni.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper and citrus. On the palate, juniper, orange peel, lemon and cassia.​
