Hertfordshire's first distillery, Puddingstone Distillery is the home of Campfire Gin and was founded in Tring by Ben and Kate Marston in November 2016. Campfire London Dry Gin was their first launch and the distillery has three main pot stills (Amelia - 200L, Isabella - 50L, and Annie - 50L) as well as two test stills, with both pot and vapour distillation techniques being used. Ben and Kate have since launched their Navy Strength Gin, Old Tom, and Cask Aged Gin, as well as their Ultrasonic Gin in collaboration with Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust.

Meet the Makers
"We'd both reached a point where we wanted to take full ownership of a product and brand… create something that reflected our personalities, interests and also tied in with the work we were doing to help raise the profile of the Chilterns as a tourist destination and hub for great food and drink producers." - Founders, Ben & Kate Marston
