The Gin Guide Review
Campfire London Dry Gin combines the traditional and contemporary with personality, skill, complexity and depth of flavour. With a classic, dry character at its heart from juniper, angelica root and coriander seeds, it is elevated with subtle notes of florals, nuts and fruit. On the nose it is complex with a multitude of aromas combining harmoniously; piney juniper leaps out with bright citrus peels and hints of lavender, fruit and earthiness. On the palate the mouthfeel is smooth, leading into a warming, lingering finish with pepper, nut and bittersweet citrus peel notes. Adding tonic elevates some the fruity and floral notes as well as bringing out even more pine from the juniper, and orange peel makes for an ideal garnish starting point. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |

Meet the Makers
