Chew Valley Distillery
Chew Valley Distillery was launched in 2020 by founder and distiller Joe Kelly. Originally based in the village of Chew Magna, in the 2022 the distillery was moved to larger premises in the village of Bitton between Bristol and Bath on the southern tip of Gloucestershire. The distillery is home to their 150L copper pot still, bar and shop, offering regular tours and tastings. In 2021, Chew Valley Distillery was named 'New Distillery of the Year' in The Gin Guide Awards and has since expanded their range to include multiple varieties of gin and rum.

Meet the Maker
"From the beginning we've favoured Vapour Infusion when creating our gins. This process works well with our more delicate botanicals and citrus peels due to the lower temperatures involved. We also steep our botanicals for 24 hours prior to distillation when producing our London Dry and Navy Strength Gins. Our core botanicals are very traditional as before anything else we wanted to create a true classic gin to build from." - Founder & Distiller, Joe Kelly
