About Ginepraio
​Ginepraio's flagship London Dry Gin was Launched in 2017 by Enzo Brini in partnership with Levante Spirits distillery near Pisa in Tuscany. This was followed in 2019 with the launch of Ginepraio Amphora Navy Strength Gin which is rested for 6 months in traditional amphoras. The name 'Ginepraio' means a cluster of juniper bushes and the gins feature juniper from different regions of Tuscany.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper, floral rose hips and herbaceous helichrysum. Piney juniper, rose hips and helichrysum continue on the palate. A finish of coriander seeds and lingering orange and lemon citrus.
Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Grapefruit, or in a Martini or Negroni.
The Gin Guide Review: Ginepraio Gin combines a classic core of juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root and citrus with the contemporary notes of floral rose hips and helichrysium which imparts its warm, herbaceous and slightly spiced character. With the addition of Tonic Water the juniper and florals are plentiful alongside elevated citrus notes for a moreish G&T. - Paul Jackson, 2021

Ginepraio Amphora Navy Strength Gin

A 57% ABV edition of the Ginepraio Gin recipe that is additional rested for 6 months in amphoras made of opus signinum, a mortar used in ancient Rome made from crushed tiles.
