The Handmade Gin Company
The Homemade Gin Company was established in 2016 after long-standing gin lover Peter Golightly began experimenting with recipes in a copper still after gaining the appropriate licenses. He enjoyed his results privately with friends until deciding on the hero ingredients of lemon and ginger, inspired by the gingerbread-making history of his Lancashire hometown of Ormskirk. Ormskirk Gin was launched in 2016 along with Wirral Gin, and later the same year The Handmade Gin Company was born. The Handmade Gin Company now producers over 40 gin varieties and 26 gin liqueurs, as well as having produced over 150 white-label bespoke gins for other companies.

Tasting Notes: Aromatic on the nose with juniper and subtle floral notes. On the palate, juniper with cardamom and warm spice, with undertones of bog myrtle.
