Invoke Distillery
Invoke Distillery was established in rural Kent in 2023 by James Hackney and Lee Hall after they decided to progress their passion for brewing into distilling. In launching the distillery, the friends have brought together Lee's creativity as an art teacher and jeweller, and James' skills as an Engineer for TV, film and theatre. A life-sized metal stag sculpture created by James is the inspiration for the design of their Signature Gin label, with the landscape of the Kent Downs in the background.

Invoke Signature London Dry Gin (45% ABV)

  • Botanicals: 15 botanicals including juniper, coriander seeds, nutmeg, cassia bark, pink peppercorns, cardamom, bay, lemon balm, Kaffir lime, sweet orange, bitter orange, lemon. Base Spirit: Rye.
  • Serving Suggestion: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange or Lemon, or in a Negroni.

Meet the Makers

"Within an area of outstanding natural beauty, sitting in an old Victorian coach house (which we lovingly restored) is our traditional copper pot-still, 'Seiðr'. With both of us being avid cooks and brewers, blending botanicals to create a spirit felt like a natural progression.
