Sky Wave Gin Distillery
Sky Wave Gin was established in Oxfordshire in 2018 by Andrew Parsons and Rachel Hicks, launching with Sky Wave London Dry Gin. The Sky Wave brand and products are inspired by begone eras of elegance and adventure and their spirits range has grown to include six gins as well as liqueurs, vodka, and a 0% ABV alcohol alternative. In 2021 Sky Wave Gin moved their distillery to Bicester Heritage where they produce their spirits in 200L and 50L stills. Visitors are welcomed for tours, tasting experiences, and cocktails in their bar (open every weekend), with an outdoor bar open from May to October.

Sky Wave Signature London Dry Gin (42% ABV)  

  • Botanicals: 13 including juniper, coriander seeds, cardamom, ginger, lemon, ruby grapefruit, orange. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestions: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange or Red Grapefruit, or in a Martini or Negroni.
  • ​Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper, fragrant fresh citrus and underlying earthiness. Crisp and classic on the palate with juniper, citrus and spice. A warm and spiced finish with lingering citrus.​​​

However, we created such a fabulous recipe that even the Master Distiller was impressed, and all the other students wanted to drink our gin and not theirs!
