Sky Wave Gin Distillery
Sky Wave Gin was established in Oxfordshire and launched in 2018 by Andrew Parsons and Rachel Hicks. After creating a recipe while attending a gin making course, Andy ordered a 2 litre test still on the way home and it is this original recipe that was developed and refined into Sky Wave London Dry Gin. Sky Wave gins are distilled in 200L and 50L pot stills and feature water sourced from the Blenheim Palace aquifer. In 2021 Sky Wave Gin moved to a new distillery at Bicester Heritage and offer tours and gin tasting experiences - see behind the scenes.

Sky Wave Signature London Dry Gin (42% ABV)  

  • Botanicals: 13 including juniper, coriander seeds, cardamom, ginger, lemon, ruby grapefruit, orange. Base Spirit: Grain.
  • Serving Suggestions: Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Orange or Red Grapefruit, or in a Martini or Negroni.
  • ​Tasting Notes: Aromas of juniper, fragrant fresh citrus and underlying earthiness. Crisp and classic on the palate with juniper, citrus and spice. A warm and spiced finish with lingering citrus.​​

However, we created such a fabulous recipe that even the Master Distiller was impressed, and all the other students wanted to drink our gin and not theirs!
