About the Gin Tonic Brazil & The Research The Gin Tonic Brazil project (Instagram: @gintonicbrasil / Website: www.gintonicbrasil.com) aims to be the first and the most influential digital media project in Brazil. Our project began in 2015, and since then we have been working hard, always looking for information, news, trends, innovations, gins and tonic brands, and the best recipes/possible combinations of gin & tonic for our target audience: The Gin Loving Brazilian. The Gin Tonic Brazil research arose from the need for analysis of the profile, consumption habits and trends of gin lovers in the Brazilian market. We were able to compile more than 800 responses from all regions of Brazil. The gin boom in Brazil is in full swing. Today more than 165 national gin labels exist in the country, most of them created after 2017. As an example of this growth, from 2018 to June 2019, the increase in sales of Tanqueray Gin was 21%. The Brazilian taste for caipirinha, combined with the great culture and experience in the production of cachaça, where more than 4,700 brands of cachaça are produced by more than 1,000 distilleries, makes the migration from cachaça to gin a more straightforward and natural progression. It is with great pride that we accept the invitation of The Gin Guide, an inspiration and a reference to all Gin lovers, to share some of the results here. The survey will be carried out again in 2021, with a similar scope. If you are interested in more details, please feel free to contact us. Number of gin cocktails drunk per week:
