Inspired by (and perfect for) lazy days and long, warm evenings, it combines floral fragrances of night-scented stock with a hint of cool cucumber."
Gin & Tonic Garnish Suggestion: Our perfect serve is with a Folkingtons English Garden Tonic which has cucumber and mint in, or with a classic Tonic Water and garnished with cucumber and/or mint. Cocktail: English Garden
Chatsworth Rose Pink Gin - Derbyshire, England Marketing Manager, JoJo Carter: "Our Chatsworth Rose Pink Gin is a truly luxurious gin distilled on the Chatsworth Estate using fresh scented roses from the Chatsworth Garden. The rose petals impart a subtle flavour with an exquisite aroma."
Gin & Tonic Garnish Suggestion: We love to serve our Rose Pink Gin with a classic Tonic Water and a garnish of Juniper and a small slice of Pink Grapefruit. Cocktail: Pink Lady
Green Room 'Houselight' Gin - London, England Founder, Duncan McLean: "Houselight Gin is our brand new traditional London Dry expression… we now light up the house with this wonderfully floral expression to bathe the audience in a glow of hibiscus, jasmine, fresh lemon peel and angelica."
Gin & Tonic Garnish Suggestion: Houselight is best served and perfectly paired with a classic Tonic Water and a slice of lemon. Cocktail: White Negroni
Kirkjuvagr Gin - Orkney, Scotland Marketing Manager, Anna Younie: "Our unique blend of botanicals includes locally grown Angelica, Borage, Bere Barley and roses - Ramanas and Burnet. These floral additions add a touch of sweetness to complement our use of orange peel. When producing Beyla (our honey & raspberry Old Tom style gin) we use natural honey from a local beekeeper, giving nuances in flavour that are steered by each year's climactic effect on local flowers and blossom."
Gin & Tonic Garnish Suggestion: Our usual recommendation for enjoying a G&T tends to be a Light Tonic or, for those who enjoy a much longer lasting floral finish, Fever-Tree's Mediterranean Tonic. Their use of oils from Mediterranean fruits and flowers provides a more fragrant serving, especially when garnished with your favourite slice of citrus! Oro V Gin - Dumfreisshire, Scotland Founder & Distiller, Ray Clynick: "For gins with a floral characteristic the mind automatically assumes a certain flavour profile, usually with soapier notes. With Oro V we added the lavender for mouthfeel as much as flavour."
Gin & Tonic Garnish Suggestion: Oro V makes a superbly refreshing G&T with a Mediterranean Tonic and with a garnish of a lemon twist and an edible flower. Cocktail: Honey Pot
Penrhos Gin - Herefordshire, England Co-Founder, Kate Turner: "Our Dry Gin is delicately floral with rose, hibiscus and cherry blossom. It has a distinctive fresh summer aroma and the Mediterranean juniper stimulates the senses. Light floral notes cascade through the flavours as the combination of rose petals and cherry blossom come to the fore, combined with our wibbly wobbly blueberries, before an exceedingly smooth and rounded finish."
Sông Cái Floral Gin - VietnamFounder, Daniel Nguyen: "Our Vietnam Floral Gin is a tribute to the mountains and deltas of Vietnam, using five flowers — dragon claw flower, ylang ylang, jasmine, michelia alba, and pomelo — for a stunning bouquet of fresh flavours."
Gin & Tonic Garnish Suggestion: Lemongrass stick, dried citrus, or lime wedge. Cocktail: Sông Cái Martini
Speight's Gin - Yorkshire, England Co-Founder, Peter Speight: "Tucked away in our lush floral garden, on a tiny street in Northowram, amongst the rolling hills of the Shibden Valley is Speight’s Gin Shed. Our Signature Gin is an aromatic gin full of beautiful floral notes of rose, hibiscus and lavender, with a little hint of spice and a sweet lingering taste to finish."
Cocktail: Greyhound
