**** PRESS RELEASE FROM NORTH POINT DISTILLERY ****
Award winning gin producer North Point Distillery have re-launched their Crosskirk Bay Gin this week, unveiling a brand new design that pays homage to the stunning Scottish North Coast and the historic settlement of Crosskirk in West Caithness. Established by co-founders Alex MacDonald and Struan Mackie, North Point Distillery has put a strong focus on sustainability measures, outlining the businesses’ commitment to being one of the most sustainable distilleries in Scotland. Distiller Greg Benson welcomed the new design saying, “our juniper-led Gin started off as part of our Distiller’s Edition Range of limited edition spirits… but we've simply been overwhelmed at how popular the Gin has been. It always deserved its own design and identity and I am delighted that the new design includes nods to our locally sourced botanicals that make our Gin so unique. Celebrating the relaunch, North Point Distillery’s Head of Marketing, Laura Mackenzie said: “we are absolutely delighted with our ‘new look’ Crosskirk Bay Gin. The bottle portrays St. Mary’s Chapel as night falls across Crosskirk Bay, with the waves battering against the North Coast. It is a visually stunning bottle that really stands out on the shelf. Commercial Director, Alex MacDonald said “we worked closely with RBrand, the renowned Edinburgh based design agency, to develop a fitting new design for our award winning Gin. We are blown away by the result and cannot wait to share the new bottle with customers!” The re-launched Crosskirk Bay Gin is available to order now in the North Point Distillery online shop, with retail partners stocking the bottles from this weekend”.
