Our Elder Pear Dry Gin is another London Dry Gin, made with the same love and care as our first gin Essex Dry Gin. Similarly, it includes locally sourced and foraged botanicals, including Conference Pears from Park Fruit Farm, just a few miles from the Distillery, that we slice and roast to enhance their natural sweetness. Alongside warming ginger and lemon citrus we use fragrant coastal Alexanders, foraged from the country lanes near the distillery. It is all wrapped up in another beautiful bottle, this time with a copper finish to reflect the copper of our little alembic still, Dorothy.
