The Gin Guide Review
Speight's Gin is bright and vibrant with plentiful floral aromas and flavours from rose, hibiscus and lavender, bittersweet fruity notes of rosehip and elderberry, and underlying herbaceous rosemary and spice notes. Contemporary in style, it's a gin that instantly feels summery and is very at home in a Gin and Tonic. With tonic the gin really finds its balance with citrus and fruit notes lifted and with spice and herbaceous notes softened. Lemon peel or strawberry make for ideal garnish starting points. - Paul Jackson, 2020 |
