Symphonia No.1 Dry Gin was the first spirit produced by The Woodlab Distillery in Country Tyrone, launched by Ulrich Dyer in 2016. Ric has a PhD in Organic Chemistry and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years before deciding to combine his knowledge of science with his passion for food and drink.

Kells Gin

Kells Gin was launched in 2021 by the Headfort Arms Hotel team in the town of Kells in County Meath, and is distilled at Listoke Distillery. The gin features a classic core of botanicals as well as contemporary additions of elderflower, netter, sumac and fennel.

Wild Atlantic Irish Gin

Wild Atlantic Irish Gin was launched in 2019 by Wild Atlantic Distillery, the first distillery to produce both gin and whisky in Country Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The distillery is located 15 miles from the famous Wild Atlantic Way, along which the seaweed used in the gin is collected.

Jackford Irish Potato Gin

Jackford Irish Potato Gin uses a base spirit produced with Wexford potatoes grown at the Stafford family farm in Enniscorthy in South East Ireland. The gin features botanicals including basil, rosemary, orange, bitter orange, strawberry and gooseberry.

Sixling Gin

Sixling Gin was launched in 2018 by Irish husband and wife team Tom and Nicola Grills. The gin is distilled at Great Northern Distillery in Ireland and features Cloudberries which give a delicate, subtly sweet and bramble-link quality when distilled.

Poacher's Tonic Waters

The Poacher's range of mixers was founded in 2017 by Irishman Brendan Colbert. The inspiration was found in a centuries old spring at Brendan's family farm in County Wexford. The spring is known as Toberafinn - The Well of Finn - named after the legendary Irish warrior and hunter who was called upon by kings in times of war for his wisdom and counsel.
