Barry Island Spirits Co

Launched in 2021, Barry Island Spirits Co was founded by husband and wife team Tim & Claire Whalley who live on Barry Island in the Vale of Glamorgan, a 30 minute drive from Cardiff. The recipes for Barry Island Spirits are inspired by the natural environment and coastline of South Wales and are blended with water gravitated from the Brecon Beacons. 

Barry Island Gin

  • ​ABV: 40% (Base Spirit: Grain)
  • Botanicals: 7 including juniper, grains of paradise, cardamom, thyme, blood orange, lime zest.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of blood orange, lime, juniper and thyme on the nose. Fresh and bright on the palate with juniper and citrus, with cardamom and grains of paradise building into the finish.
Serving Suggestion / Garnish: Gin & Tonic with garnish of Lime or in a Martini or Gimlet.
