Pembrokeshire Gin Company
Pembrokeshire Gin Co was established in 2018 by business partners Charlotte Clark and John Mathers and they launched Tenby Dry Gin the same year. Charlotte and John own craft shop The Nook in the centre of Tenby and were inspired by their shared love of the town and gin. They developed the gin with Alex Jungmayr and Ellen Wakelam at In The Welsh Wind Distillery in Cardigan and have since opened a Pembrokeshire Gin Co shop in Tenby and released a Navy Strength Gin and Welsh Cake Dry Gin. |

Navy Strength Dry Gin
The Gin Guide Review - Launched in 2021, Tenby Navy Strength Gin is a 57% ABV edition of the Tenby Dry Gin recipe. It is smooth and oily as you'd hope from a Navy Strength Gin, with a combination of sweet, deep and zesty citrus character of orange and grapefruit, before a dry finish of herbaceous rosemary and the citrus spice of coriander seeds. With Tonic Water it is bold and flavoursome with a wealth of fruity mixed citrus to enjoy, balanced with dry, herbaceous rosemary and bridged by cardamom spice. Orange peel is an ideal G&T garnish starting point, or try it in a Negroni. - Paul Jackson, 2021

Welsh Cake Dry Gin
Inspired by the recipe for traditional Welsh Cakes that were a popular snack for Welsh miners, Welsh Cake Dry Gin featured orange, currants, ginger and cinnamon.

Meet the Makers
"The inspiration behind the brand, and the liquid, is the beautiful coastal surroundings in our home town of Tenby. Our logo depicts the famous lifeboat station and one of our main botanicals is Rosemary due to it growing wild around the coastline."
