About Peter in Florence Gin
Peter in Florence Gin was launched in 2017 and is distilled in a 200L copper pot still at the GinLab distillery in Pelago, located in the Tuscan hills above Florence. Produced in the London Dry style, the gin is inspired by the iris flower which is the ancient symbol of Florence, and the gin features both iris flowers and root (better known as orris root). Peter in Florence Gin has 14 botanicals in total, including juniper from Tuscany, rosemary, lavender, rose, bitter almonds and bergamot peel. The Gin Guide says...
