About Didsbury Gin - Raspberry & Elderflower
Didsbury Gin was launched in 2017 by friends Mark Smallwood and Liam Manton. Both sharing a love of gin and inspired by the Fletcher Moss Botanical Garden in Didsbury, they experimented with homemade recipes combining elements of their favourite gins, before bringing on board the expertise of Union Distillers in Market Harborough to produce the gin to their recipe. The pair of entrepreneurs appeared on Dragons' Den in 2018 and achieved investment from gin enthusiast Jenny Campbell.
The Raspberry and Elderflower edition uses Didsbury Gin as a base, with the addition of distilled English elderflower and fresh British raspberries which are macerated for 6 weeks.
